History

A "Headmark" is a navigational mark that you head towards in order to reach your destination. It can be a lighthouse, beacon, church spire, harbour wall or a number of different marks. At Headmark we take this nautical analogy and provide you with the financial equivalent to reach your destination providing you with a plan and then analysing your position relative to this track.

  • Navigation is the analogy that the Company uses to demonstrate the processes it uses to help Clients achieve their destination:
      1. Understanding where the Company wants to go defining the Strategy.
      2. Drawing the course on the chart - the Plan or Budget.
      3. Fixing the position of the ship - monitoring progress against track - preparing monthly accounts and monitoring key performance indicators.
      4. Altering Course to regain track - Forecasting and reforecasting to take account of trading conditions.
